An Intermidiate Frequency (IF) filter LSI for cellular phones has been developed in collaboration with a Japanese LSI company. The LSI includes 39 amplifiers of which base current controllers can be adjusted genetically. This innovative feature enables an improved yield rate (more than 90%!) and a smaller chip size.
